Shipping & Returns



At Fairy Godmother Fabrics, we utilize Australia post as our main shipping provider. We provide a flat rate of $13.00 for shipping within Australia. However, if your order does not fit in a Australia Post Medium Satchel, You will contacted to pay additional postage.  In Some cases we may need to use a courier, If we need to use a courier service, you will be contacted. Rest assured we will always provide you with a tracking ID for your parcel.

If your purchase on checkout includes both Retail and Pre-order, then your retail items will by be held until your Pre-order arrives. Please contacts us if you whish to receive your retail separately or please place your retail order separate from your pre-order. All separate orders will incur a $13.00 shipping fee unless otherwise specified.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order. You have 7 days from receiving your fabric to contact us if you require a return. We will base this on 7 days from Your Tracking ID showing us delivery.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, replacement or credit only if the item is either: -Damaged or faulty or; -The incorrect item has been sent to you.

Returns for change of mind will not be accepted.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Fairy Godmother Fabrics will pay for the shipping costs involved in the return:

– If it is our error due to the incorrect item being sent to you

– or the item is faulty

* Please note you MUST contact us before sending a return back to us. If you ship the item back to us and we have not advised you of the shipping method and received the appropriate Tracking ID information, this may mean there will be no refund for the return if it gets lost in transit
